We hope that you and your loved ones are healthy & staying at home! While we continue to fight the battle against COVID-19, we just wanted to update you on what Saint's Modesty is doing to help. Since the Covid-19 quarantine took place, we closed our store to prevent the spread of the virus in our communities and safeguard the safety of our families.
Due to the fact that many of our products come from overseas, orders are taking longer than the listed time for shipping. As restrictions are lifted in many countries around the world, we have decided to open our doors.
As you place your order, we want you to keep in mind that we express our sincere apologies if your order does not arrive in a timely manner. But know that just as our local store is facing a shortage of product due to shipping restrictions so do we at Saint’s Modesty.
Due to various restrictions & implementation of additional measures, we are still expecting unforeseen delays from carrier partners such as UPS, DHL, and USPS. Most orders are taking between 30-60 days on average. However, we do want you to know that we will have your order picked, packed, and ready to go, so when the shipping company resumes, your order will be the first to be dispatched.
Please know that we only have your best interest in mind. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our communities and our families safe and healthy. We are working around the clock to ensure you, our customers, have access to the products you want and need. In addition, we’re also taking sensible steps to help protect our team. Thus, we would highly appreciate your patience and support in knowing that there will be some delays in the response from our customer service team.
